Our Challenge? Making Corporate Mobility Smarter
Corporate mobility is undergoing a major transformation, driven by the need to reduce reliance on private cars, optimise operating costs and meet growing expectations around sustainability.
Against this backdrop, Pikyrent4Corporate was developed as a solution designed to provide businesses with dedicated, fully digital electric vehicle fleets, accessible directly through an app.
The first pilot project of this new model has been launched in partnership with Leonardo Hotels, an international hospitality group that has chosen to introduce a small electric vehicle fleet at two of its Milan properties — Leonardo Hotel Milan City Center and NYX Hotel Milan.
The initiative supports the group’s ESG strategy, further reinforced by the recent Green Key certifications awarded to its hotels in Italy and France.
Pikyrent4Corporate brings the same level of automation, convenience and ease of use found in urban sharing services to the corporate environment.
Each vehicle can be unlocked and operated directly through the app, without physical keys, while user profiles can be customised according to different internal access requirements.
The system eliminates manual procedures, reduces administrative workload and makes company vehicles easily and instantly accessible.
The solution is particularly suited to organisations that may not have a dedicated fleet management department but still want to offer their employees a more sustainable and efficiently managed alternative to private car use.
The real added value lies in the shared use of vehicles.
Rather than being assigned to individual drivers, vehicles become shared corporate resources available to employees, customers and operational teams, turning mobility into a service seamlessly integrated into the organisation’s daily activities.
By combining digital traceability with electric mobility, companies can monitor vehicle usage more transparently, optimise internal operations and collect valuable data to support ESG reporting.
As a result, the fleet becomes a practical tool for achieving sustainability goals, helping reduce emissions, traffic congestion and operational inefficiencies.
The Leonardo Hotels partnership represents the first real-world implementation of this model.
At the group’s Milan properties, Pikyrent’s electric fleet is available to both hotel guests and staff, offering a modern, convenient and sustainable mobility experience tailored to the hospitality sector.
The collaboration helps reduce emissions associated with local travel while delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and environmental performance.
It demonstrates how shared electric mobility can create tangible value not only for urban communities but also for businesses and the hospitality industry.
Pikyrent4Corporate represents a practical step forward in corporate mobility management.
Beyond simplifying fleet operations, it promotes a more responsible corporate culture, with greater attention to employee well-being, service quality and engagement with local communities.
With Leonardo Hotels as its first case study, the vision is becoming a reality: corporate mobility can be more sustainable, more digital and better aligned with the needs of an increasingly diverse range of stakeholders.
