Why was a penalty fee charged to my account?

A penalty may be charged for behaviors that violate the General Terms and the Service Regulations.

Examples include:

• Damage to the vehicle
• Driving by someone other than the registered user
• Failure to report an accident
• Carrying more passengers than legally allowed
