- Open the Pikyrent app and check the map to locate the nearest scooter.
- Once you reach it and are within one meter, tap “Start Rental“.
- Alternatively, scan the QR code on the scooter to begin your rental.
If the app says “vehicle not available for rental,” it could be for one of the following reasons:
- the battery is low
- it is undergoing maintenance
- it has already been reserved by another user
If so, select another available scooter on the map and repeat the procedure.
If the vehicle is available:
- tap “Open Top Case” to access the helmet
- detach the helmet from the security cable (for CUX or Next models)
- properly close the top case
- get on the scooter and start your ride
