Are security deposits required to start a rental?

No, you do not need to pay a security deposit like traditional car or scooter rentals.

However, upon registration, the app makes an initial €10 top-up, charged to the payment method provided (credit, debit, prepaid card, or PayPal).

For each rental, your in-app wallet must contain at least:

• €7 for a microcar or car
• €3 for a scooter

These amounts must be available before starting any rental, even if you have an active package or subscription.
