Pikyrent is running a promotion that dynamically changes the cost of rental applies to some vehicles of the fleet: look on the map for vehicles labelled “SALE” and find out if the price is discounted. Always check the map and take advantage of the promotion.
WELCOME VOUCHER
Pikyrent has a promotion in place for users who sign up in the app and complete the profile: a welcome voucher with 20 minutes of free rental time, which is activated immediately after full registration with driving licence and payment method.
INTERMOBILITY PROMO
Pikyrent has activated a promotion with Trenitalia and FSE. How does it work?
When you are arriving in Bari with a Trenitalia regional ticket or are you travelling with FSE, the rental with Pikyrent is discounted by 30%.
- Create an account on the Pikyrent APP
- Go to the “Offers and conventions” section in the app
- Click on the “Voucher” tab, add the code of your Trenitalia regional or FSE ticket.
Each voucher is valid for a single Pikyrent rental, either microcar or scooter.
The discount is applied to all the prices: unlock, rental, booking and breaks.
The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and/or conventions.
AGREEMENTS
Pikyrent has agreements with various universities and campus.
If you are a student or employee at one of these universities, you can use the service at discounted rates
Register on the Pikyrent APP with the email address you use at the university as a student or employee;
Go to the ‘Offers and Conventions’ section in the app
Click on the ‘Conventions’ tab, add the code you have been given by the university and upload your ID when requested.
The discount applies to all rates: unlock, hire, reservation and parking.

I travel often for work. Can I use the sharing service?
Of course! With Pikyrent, you can use the sharing service for work-related travel.
Create a business profile in the app: enter all the billing information for your company and add a payment method to the business wallet. In a single account, you will always have both a personal wallet and a business wallet.
If you want to use the rental vehicles for personal purposes as well, just click to switch the profile.
CASHBACK in HUBs
With Pikyrent, you can save the unlock cost if you end the rental in one of the parking hubs. Just look for the “P” icon on the map of your city and park the used vehicle there at the end of the rental.
You will immediately receive a cashback on the entire unlock cost, which you will find in your wallet and can use for other trips.
PIKYUSER OF THE WEEK
Pikyrent is running a promotion for sharing users: a prize for making the most #green trips in a week.
The Pikyuser of the week receives a cash voucher equal to 10% of the expenditure accumulated in the previous week.
The following Monday, he or she receives an email with instructions on how to use the prize on board Pikyrent’s 100% electric mobility and sharing vehicles.
How do I start the classic car rental?
Open the map on the Pikyrent app, search for our vehicles, reach the nearest one and, when you are within 1 m, press the start rental button.
If you are already near a Pikyrent car, you can scan the QR Code directly.
If the app shows that the vehicle ‘is not available for rental, then it may be unloaded, or in need of maintenance, or may have already been booked by another user. Search for another one and repeat the procedure.
If the vehicle is available, follow these steps after starting the rental:
- Close the doors
- While holding down the brake pedal, use the gear shift knob and set to N
- While holding down the brake pedal, turn the key switch to start the engine
- A flashing green OK appears on the display. Wait for the light to turn steady
- While holding down the brake pedal, use the gear shift knob and set to D
- Start the ride
- At the end of the ride, after parking, set the gear to N
- Close the windows (this cannot be done when the rental is ended)
- Exit the car, close the doors and end the rental from the app

How can you recognise a ZD Pikycar?
If you are out and about and see a Pikycar, you can recognise the ZD model by its livery. Its basic colour is black. On the map in the Pikyrent app, you can filter your search using the button with the car icon, and when you are about to start your rental, you will see a preview of the ZD model. ZD Pikycar can also be recognised by their 3- digit identification number, which begins with the digit ‘3’.
