How do I end my rental?

To properly end your rental:

• park the vehicle in an allowed area, following traffic rules and app guidelines
• make sure the vehicle is safely positioned: with the kickstand down (for scooters), doors closed (for microcars), and all accessories in place (e.g., helmet in the top case)
• open the Pikyrent app and tap “End Rental”
• follow the guided procedure and take the required photos for parking validation
• check that you receive a confirmation notification that the rental has successfully ended

Only after this confirmation will the rental be officially closed.
