If you’re unable to complete the rental, check for the following:
- You’re outside the operational area
You may be trying to end the rental outside the service coverage area. Check the app map to ensure you’re within the Operational Zone. If not, move to an authorized area. - Weak GPS signal
You might be in an area with poor GPS reception. Try moving a few meters and retry the operation. - No internet connection or unstable signal
If either the vehicle or your phone lacks a stable internet connection, the system may not be able to complete the rental. Move to a better coverage area and try again.
Note: in underground areas like garages, GPS or internet might be unavailable. Move outside to end the rental correctly. - Missing rental-end photos
Ending the rental requires uploading the mandatory photos via the app. Make sure you’ve followed the full procedure. - Specific vehicle requirements:

- If using a Piky Car or Microcar:
- engage the handbrake
- close both doors
- close all windows
- If using a Piky Scooter:
- if helmets were used, secure them with the safety cables in the top case (for CUX and NEXT models)
- properly close the top case
- place the scooter on its kickstand
