To use the Pikyrent service you can purchase promotional packages on an hourly and daily basis at convenient rates for both microcar and scooter rentals. Go to ‘subscriptions and promotions’ in the app menu and find out the rates and all the services included.

60 minutes

• • This subscription is valid for 60 minutes of rental and/or parking and must be used within 24 hours of purchase (the validity period starts from the moment the subscription is purchased). This subscription is valid on any vehicle in the fleet (scooters, microcars, and cars). The package also includes 3 free unlocks. From the 4th unlock onwards, there is a unit cost of one euro, as per standard rates.
  • During the subscription period, it is possible to use different vehicles (even from different categories) without additional costs. It will be sufficient to close the rental and reopen it after selecting another vehicle on the map. If you wish to make stops with your rented vehicle, you can put the vehicle in “Parking” mode without any additional cost and resume the ride whenever you want.
  • It will not be necessary to close the rental within the subscription expiration time or if the 60 minutes are running out; you can continue the ongoing rental, paying only the additional rental minutes according to standard rates.

120 minutes

• • This subscription is valid for 120 minutes of rental and/or parking and must be used within 24 hours of purchase (the validity period starts from the moment the subscription is purchased). This subscription is valid on any vehicle in the fleet (scooters, microcars, and cars). The package also includes 6 free unlocks. From the 7th unlock onwards, there is a cost of one euro as per standard rates.

It activates as soon as the purchase is completed and expires after a 24-hour period (Example: if purchased at 13:46 on June 24, it will expire at 13:45 on June 25).
  • During the subscription period, it is possible to use different vehicles (always from the same categories, i.e., cars and microcars) without additional costs. It will be sufficient to close the rental and reopen it after selecting another vehicle on the map, provided it belongs to one of the two indicated categories. If you wish to make stops with your rented vehicle, you can put the vehicle in “Parking” mode without any additional cost and resume the ride whenever you want.

24 hours Micro Car

If all 60 minutes of the package are consumed, you will no longer be able to benefit from free unlocks. After the 30-day expiration, the remaining minutes of the package can no longer be used.
  • During the subscription period, it is possible to use different vehicles (even from different categories) without additional costs. It will be sufficient to close the rental and reopen it after selecting another vehicle on the map. Unlocks Piky 13:

• • This subscription allows you to purchase a package of 13 unlocks with a 30% savings. So you pay for only 9 unlocks and 4 are free.
  • The unlocks can be used to rent any type of vehicle in the Pikyrent fleet.
  • The unlocks must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Unlocks Piky 20:

• • This subscription allows you to purchase a package of 20 unlocks with a 55% savings. So you pay for only 11 unlocks and 9 are free.
  • The unlocks can be used to rent any type of vehicle in the Pikyrent fleet.
  • The unlocks must be used within 30 days of purchase.

The packages do not include the reservation service. Before purchasing a specific subscription, always ensure that you have the minimum required credit in your wallet to start the rental and that the type of vehicle is available in your city. Subscriptions purchased by mistake cannot be refunded.

Yes, there are promotional packages on an hourly, daily and monthly basis to use the service. you can buy rental and/or parking minutes or buy a series of unlocks at a reduced rate.  Hourly promotions can be used indifferently for microcar and scooter rentals. Daily and monthly packages have a specific cost for microcars and one for scooters.
