By tapping on each option, you’ll see a summary screen with a description of the included benefits, usage methods, and scope.
To view the full terms and conditions, tap “visit the section” at the bottom of the page — you’ll be redirected to a dedicated area where all main terms are clearly listed.
Before starting any rental, always check that:
- Your wallet contains the minimum required credit;
- The type of vehicle included in the subscription or package is actually available in your city.
⚠️ Subscriptions or packages purchased by mistake are non-refundable.
How can I purchase subscriptions and packages?
You can purchase all subscriptions and packages directly from the app: just open the Menu, go to the Subscriptions section, and choose the option you prefer.
Each subscription or package includes a dedicated section with full details and conditions.
If your balance is insufficient, the app will notify you to top up your wallet before proceeding.
Are there any subscriptions or packages available?
Yes! Pikyrent offers flexible packages and subscriptions designed to help you save on the service.
You can choose from:
- Minutes packages for rental and/or parking at discounted rates
- Unlock packages at reduced prices
- Convenient daily subscriptions
- A monthly subscription that rewards loyalty and renews automatically
Most offers are differentiated based on the type of vehicle: car, microcar, or scooter.
Make sure to read the disclaimers for each subscription or package to understand the specific conditions.

How can I recognize a Piky Microcar Cargo?
- A Piky Cargo is easy to identify. On the road, you’ll recognize it by its dedicated livery, featuring the word “Cargo” and a package icon on the vehicle.
- Inside the Pikyrent app, once you select the vehicle on the map, a model preview will appear so you can easily verify whether it is a Piky Cargo.
Do you have a voucher? Here’s how to redeem and use it for your rentals
If you’ve received a voucher, you can redeem it directly from the Pikyrent app in just a few steps:
- Open the app and go to the “Offers & Promotions” section
- Select “Voucher” from the top menu, enter the code, and press “Redeem”
Once activated, the voucher value (in minutes or money) will be automatically credited to your profile. You can use it for one or more rentals, depending on the remaining balance. The value will be deducted automatically with each use, until fully consumed.
Important note: to rent or reserve a vehicle, you still need to have credit in your wallet, even if the cost of the rental will then be covered (partially or entirely) by the voucher.
How do I end my rental?
To properly end your rental:
- park the vehicle in an allowed area, following traffic rules and app guidelines
- make sure the vehicle is safely positioned: with the kickstand down (for scooters), doors closed (for microcars), and all accessories in place (e.g., helmet in the top case)
- open the Pikyrent app and tap “End Rental”
- follow the guided procedure and take the required photos for parking validation
- check that you receive a confirmation notification that the rental has successfully ended
Only after this confirmation will the rental be officially closed.
Can I reserve a Piky vehicle?
Absolutely! If you’re not ready to start the rental immediately, you can reserve the vehicle for up to 20 minutes at a discounted rate. During this time, the vehicle will be reserved just for you and cannot be rented by others.
If you don’t start the rental within 20 minutes, the vehicle will automatically return to the map and become available to other users.
To reserve, select the desired vehicle on the Pikyrent app map and tap the “Reserve” button.
Can I close my Pikyrent account and delete my data?
Yes, you can request the deletion of your account directly from the app by following these steps:
Menu → Profile → Personal Data → Delete Profile
Your data will be managed and deleted according to the General Terms and Conditions and in compliance with Articles 17 and following of the GDPR.
Can I view my rental history?
Of course! In the app, under the Profile section, you can view your complete Pikyrent rental history.
You’ll find all the key information: start and end time and date, duration, kilometers traveled, total cost, and other details related to your rentals.
How to Become a Pikyrent User
Registering with Pikyrent is quick and easy.
Here are the steps to start using our electric sharing vehicles:
- Download the Pikyrent app and fill in the registration form with your personal details, email, phone number, and a password.
- After entering your contact info, we need to verify your phone number and email.
- To verify your phone number, you’ll receive an SMS with a verification code to enter in the app to confirm your registration.
- If you don’t receive the code, go back to the form and click “Resend SMS.”
- To verify your email address, you’ll receive an email with a verification code that you must enter in the app.
- If you don’t see the email, check your Spam folder.
- To complete your registration and start renting right away, you’ll be asked to:
- Enter your driver’s license details (number, issuing authority, expiration date);
- Upload a front and back photo of your license;
- Upload a selfie holding your license for identity verification;
- Add a valid payment method.
