What does the recipient of the gift card receive?
The recipient receives a digital code to enter in the Voucher section of the Pikyrent app. The value of the gift card will be converted into credit in the app's digital wallet, ready to be used for the shared mobility service.
How do I use the gift card credit?
To use the credit, the recipient must be a Pikyrent user. If they are already a Pikyrent user: To redeem the gift card, simply click on Menu: Offers and Agreements -> Voucher -> Add.
If they are not yet a Pikyrent user: simply download the app and follow all the registration steps, including entering their driving licence and credit card details. You can then redeem the gift card under Menu: Offers and Agreements -> Vouchers -> Add.
Does the gift card expire?
Yes, gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt of the email with the voucher code. We recommend using the credit within this period so as not to lose the value of the gift.
Can I give a gift card even if I don't have the app?
Absolutely. You can purchase the gift card directly from the website, even without being registered on the app. The recipient will then be invited to download and register in order to redeem and use the credit received.
Can I use multiple gift cards on the same account?
Yes, you can enter multiple voucher codes into the same account. The credits will be automatically added to your digital wallet, so you can accumulate your balance and use it freely.
